In our Musical Theatre classes, students will learn a variety of skills and will work towards outstanding performances. They will be exposed to a huge repertoire of shows, musicals and more, an experience they will never forget. We offer a triple threat class of singing, dancing and acting and the skills they gain will help them to become the best performers for any style of production. Students will learn to work as a team, to support each other regardless of skills and age. Our musical theatre programs are supported by our guest visitors from London West End Stages. From Casting Directors to Choreographers giving our students “real-world” experience. These classes work towards productions hosted in our theatre for live audiences on a regular basis. From Pop to Musical Theatre children will learn a variety of vocal styles each week. We introduce more advanced breathing and vocal exercises to develop rhythm, vocal tone, pitch and projection which also includes a better understanding of the voice. The Students will also learn vocal harmonies and be given the opportunity to sing and perform solos/duets as well as group performances. Each song will be staged by our highly experienced teachers and children will get first-hand experience of performing on stage every week. Adding movement, character roles and solo vocal lines give the children an opportunity to see how a West End number is pieced together to create a show-stopping performance.
